Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit will be taken, however a credit or debit card is required to reserve a time slot. (Cancellations made made less than 24 hours will be charged £25)
How long will my hair take?
You will receive the duration time in your email confirmation after completing booking form. You can also enquire duration time via email along with the hairstyle you are interested in.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before appointment time. Anything less than this you will incur a £25 cancellation fee. Your booking fee will not be refunded.
Can I re-schedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before without any additional charges. You will not have to pay an additional booking fee. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before you will be charged a cancellation fee of £25.
Is there any discount for children?
Yes, Children under 12 years old will receive a 20% discount on all hair styles. Booking fee still applies and will not be discounted. To get child discount please include information in booking form.
